WE DID IT!!

I am deeply grateful and humbled by the overwhelming support from San Francisco voters and I am honored to continue serving as your Sheriff.

This is a reflection of the hard work we have put in to make our community safer. We will continue to strengthen our public safety efforts, while ensuring San Francisco values still guide our work with justice-involved persons, including accountability and reform within our justice system. I look forward to working closely with the Mayor’s Office, the Board of Supervisors, and all our public safety partners to double down on our efforts and show the new presidential administration how public safety can be a top priority with progressive values at our core.

To everyone who supported my reelection campaign… Whether you attended our events, donated, joined us on outreach efforts, read our emails or simply stopped by to say hello - your support was instrumental to our success on Election Day. I am forever indebted to you all!!

A Note from Paul...

Serving as Sheriff of the great City and County of San Francisco has been my honor and privilege over the past four years. Despite the challenges presented by the Pandemic and the economy, we’ve been able to maintain a world-class agency, responsive to the needs of the City. We’ve kept our City safe by adding uniformed deputies to the streets to address the fentanyl epidemic, made Deputies available to protect small businesses and made positive gains toward maintaining the Sheriff’s Office effectiveness and efficiency.

As Sheriff, I have fought every day to build and maintain a law enforcement agency that our City and County can be proud of – but the work isn’t done yet. I am asking the people of San Francisco for their support once again and humbly ask for your vote on November 5th, 2024.
